A government-run cancer care centre founded in 1956 and inaugurated in 1963, affiliated with GSVM Medical College Kanpur. It is a 106-bed facility offering radiotherapy (cobalt units, linac, CT simulator), chemotherapy, oncosurgery, pathology, radiology, and pain & palliative care, serving about 7,000 inpatients and over 7,041 new cases annually
